Gartman (of Port Arthur, Texas) thanking her for her letter of December 5th, and outlining what they believe the general fall path to have been, where the final explosive deconstruction occurred, and what they have been able to find so far in terms of specimens. Also shares his hopes that she and her family are able to relatively quickly recover from the effects of Hurricane Carla.
