Description
Letter from Oscar Monnig to Edward Anders (of the Enrico Fermi Institute at the University of Chicago) saying that he flew to New York rather than traveling by train and thus was not able to take him up on his offer of a visit. Outlines that he still believes that Edward Henderson took some amount of the Bells Meteorite back to the Smithsonian with him, despite the conclusions reached by Roy Clarke. Also mentions that he will try to send on samples of the requested meteorites, and that he doesn't believe that many if any meteorites have made a successfully salvageable impact with the moon.
