Abstract | This paper aims to solve the task of marketing and branding Vinyl Tap: A Vinyl Record Listening Lounge and Bar. This paper identifies the rise, fall and resurgence of vinyl records in the past twenty-five years by conducting descriptive research. Books, observations, and scholarly articles were studied in order to understand the specific target market that Vinyl Tap will cater to two different target segments: the retro-innovative millennial and the nostalgic Gen X-er. Through extensive research, this paper aims to identify and detail the path to execution of the most successful touch points in terms of branding and selling something that is relative to both the music and bar/restaurant industry. |
