dc.description.transcriptionMidlothian Texas Feb. 5, 45. Mr. Amon G. Carter Gt Worth Texas Mr Carter I read in the Dallas News how Sen. Tom Connally had found out for you that your son, Lt. Amon Carter Jr, a German War Prisoner had been moved by the Germans from a Prison Camp near Stittin, Germany and as my son T/S J.D. Bennett is a German War Prisoner in Camp 4 and I know it is near Stitton. I wondered if it was the same camp and if he had been moved too. If you know will you please write me. I'm praying it won't be many days now untill all our boys will be released Yours in praryer & hope Mrs. A.H. Bennett Rout 3. Midlothian Tex.
