dc.description.transcription | April 13, 1944: Dearest Ruth, You can't imagine how shocked I was when I heard about Phyllis and I know exactly how you felt. John is the one I am sorry for. Have had 33 of your letters. Am still waiting for those pictures of your friends. I think your new hair set-up looks swell. I said that before I have met many of Joel's friends. How about sending me a Spanish Grammar? Can't write much on these cards, but will write letter soon. Tell everyone hello for me. Love, Bud. | |
