| dc.description.transcription | Plaque to be size 15 inches by 30 inches and made in accorance with new print submitted, with the following changes: 1. Third line - change "Seymore" to Seymour. 2. Fifth line "By Amon G. Carter." The "By" should be in a separate line just above "Amon G. Carter." 3. The last line should read "November 4, 1940." 4. Openings for the toggle bolts should be changes to two --- one in each end near center. | |
