dc.description	Letter from Oscar Monnig thanking Hugh H. Howard for thinking of him, and stating that he has an interest in acquiring some of the stones mentioned. However, Monnig goes on to state that he does not like to engage in exchanges due to questions of what is-and-isn't fair, and a desire to maintain the completeness of his own collections. However, he states that if he gets something soon he might be willing to trade, and that he is always willing to buy as well.
