Letter from Hugh H. Howard, of Eastern Meteorite Investigations Inc. (EMI) to Oscar Monnig in reply to his letter of March 5th making it clear that EMI has a strict exchange only policy when it comes to disposing of any of their meteorite specimens. He outlines the issues with acquiring specimens that have prompted this policy, and makes it clear that he would be thrilled to engage in an exchange at a future date with Monnig, particularly if he was willing to offer some of his Leedey, Oklahoma specimens.
