Title | Letter from Oscar Monnig to John D. Buddhue (October 6, 1963) |
---|---|
Author | Monnig, Oscar |
Date | 1963-10-06 |
Description | Letter from Oscar Monnig to John D. Buddhue (of Pasadena, California) apologizing for his inability to meet with Buddhue's desire for a trade involving any portion of the Bells specimens in his possession. This is due both to the fairly small amount that he has, as well as his growing distaste for how much he is being taxed to advance science feeding into a desire to only be paid for his specimens. However, he expresses an opinion that with better detection and faster searches more carbonaceous chondrites will turn up on the market in the future. |
