Description | Journal Article put out by the Smithsonian relating information on both of the specimens of the Lost City meteorite that they had acquired as well as two smaller specimens which were lent to them. Lays out how the specimens were replicated via mold, and studied- including the first fragment being portioned up via cutting for study at other laboratories- as well as the results of various forms of analysis. Finally compares the results for Lost City with two other H5 Chondrites, P?íbram (then Czechoslovakia, now the Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic) and Ucera (Venezuela) |
