Letter from Oscar Monnig to Glen Harris Orr (the finder of the Tishomingo meteorite) stating that he recently took the platform scales from the Monnig Dry Goods building down to the Fort Worth Children's Museum and used them to weigh the large Tishomingo specimens. Expresses gratitude that Orr has agreed to let him have them, and promises to come visit soon to iron out the last details and arrangements. Also discusses a recent fireball near Houston which might have been lost due to heavy rains soon after, as well as the rumors of a meteorite impact near Hidalgo del Parral in Mexico.
