This is a cute house and Ruth, Phil, Gary, Ben Perry and I play out in the back yard. I know two ladies that live next door to us. How is Pauline and all of them. How is Albert, Bill, Bromer Bulger and King? Hurry up and come out here so I can ride in a boat out at the Broadmoor Mr Charlie Rosher will take me. Laura Mae is going to leave here with Aunt Loma Sunday. Ethelyne doesn't get any letter from Albert Amon P.S. I haven't been up on Pikes Peak yes, and I have not been to Denver.
