Foshag (Curator of Mineralogy and Petrology at the Smithsonian Institution) to Oscar Monnig letting him know that he had recently receieved a letter and manuscript from a meteorite enthusiast in Corpus Christi who he feels could become valuable to Monnig and the Texas Observers if given some instruction to correct his incorrect ideas and views. Also asks Monnig to confirm and grow their information of the Crescent meteorite.
