Letter from J.B. Baggett (of Smithville, Texas) to Oscar Monnig from his hotel in Waco, stating that while he was working a train for the Katy Railroad he and his crew observed the fall which seemed to hit to the north of Waco. Further, he adds that they encountered a southbound train at Eddy, Texas whose crew saw the sky light up around Temple, Texas.
