In this interview, TCU Chancellor Dr. Victor Boschini discusses his early life experiences growing up in Cleveland, Ohio, his career in higher education, and his views on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts at TCU. He describes the creation of the DEI office and the Race and Reconciliation Initiative at TCU and the efforts the university has made to diversify the student body since he has been in office.
