dc.description.transcription"Dear Mr. Carter, I received your letter and cheque, thanks very much. I guess I didn't explain things very well as I never kept books. I talked to Miss Smith as I had lost track and she said it totals to 13 months including this March. This also includes 3 trips of a state Vet for treatments against cold and distemper and a clear bill of health, alse shoeing. I don't know if the O.P.A. has a price ceilling on grooms but have fun paying $25.00 for one 2 horses in previous years. From here on out I will keep track of all feed bills and mail you a statement. I will have everything ready for the paraded and the horse will be at your disposal throughout the show. Thanks again, Bob Calen."
