dc.description.transcriptionFeb 18, 1944: Dear Dad, 6 more Texas Officers arrived. Two from fort Worth. Lt. Robert T Henry, Jr 3604 Baldwin St, and LT Phillip Poteet, 901 5th Ave. Knew Henry before. Other officers from Texas are Capt. Eben C Bergman, Route 2, Clifton, Lt Rex H. Slinkard, Bangs, TX. Lt. James C. Lisenbe, 1309 S. 25th St. Temple, Lt. John Kader, notify Miss Joyce Alcord 608 E. Pearce, Goose Creek, Tex, Capt. Steffen from Huntsville on way here. They are all in fine health but a little tired. Please notify their relatives where they are and Mrs. Henry and Mrs. Poteet about parcels. Love, Amon jr.
