dc.description.transcriptionMay seventh Dear "Amon Carter" Many many thanks for the wonderful "bushel" of pecans. They are simply delicious and I appreciate more than I can tell your thought of me. It was wonderful to read of the liberation of Amon Carter, Jr. and I know it must be a great joy to you after the many many months of imprisonment. Through some of (?) friends I hear of you a lot and hope sometime, where in New York, to see you. In the (?) many thanks for the pecans, and may also thank the "Hired Hand" for his nice letter and for (?)...(?) Sincerely, Billy Brush
