Description
Letter from Oscar Monnig to Virgil E. Barnes (of the Bureau of Economic Geology at the University of Texas) asking if he is aware of any occurrences of magnetite nodules in the Austin chalk. He states that he is asking due to the issues with the government sample of the Bells meteorite which he is sure is a meteorite, and not of some terrestrial origin.
