Abstract
The collaboration between Chief Academic Affairs Officers (CAOs) and Chief Student Affairs Officers (CSAOs) can affect institutional outcomes significantly. However, a better understanding of the relationship between these two roles is needed. This quantitative study aimed to develop a valid and reliable survey instrument to study the relationship. Results are included related to each question, as well as a discussion of each.
