Letter from Oscar Monnig to Elmer Stinson responding to his letter of June 14th saying that he is willing to purchase the meteorite fragment at the price he requested if he is still in possession of it. Includes a CC letter to Walter Houston saying that he thinks the requested price is not too much based on the opinion of Dr. O.C. Farquhar (of the University of Kansas). Further mentions the observational advantages held by a Mr. John Farrell out near Granbury Texas when it comes to observing faint astronomical events.
