Includes a CC letter to Walter Houston saying that he thinks the requested price is not too much based on the opinion of Dr. O.C. Farquhar (of the University of Kansas). Further mentions the observational advantages held by a Mr. John Farrell out near Granbury Texas when it comes to observing faint astronomical events. |
