dc.description.transcription	March 23, 1944 Dear Mr Carter I know I shall never be able to thank you enough for letting me know about John. It was such a relief to know that he was well and not wounded. I had been so very worried. If it is at all possible, please let your son know how much I appreciated hearing from John.
