dc.description.transcriptionNormandie Arms Austin, Texas October 5, 1943 Mr Amon Carter Sr. Ft. Worth, Texas Dear Mr. Carter: I have been looking for the picture of your son, my husband, Lt. Geo Beasley and the other Texas prisoners of war in your paper for the past two months and so far have been very unsuccessful. I understand that the pictures were published several weeks ago. I regret very much having missed that particular isue and would love to have one. Would you be so kind to send me the paper with my husband's picture and the other men's pictures. I would be happy to pay for this paper. Hoping you have heard from Amon Jr. lately. Its been over two months since I've heard from Benton. Please Bill me with the paper. Thanking you very much I remain sincerely Mrs. Geo. Benton Beasley.
