Dearest Amon, Realizing that there is very little I can say that will be of much comfort I shall make this just a short note, for I know how heart sick and worried you are. But I do want you to feel that we are certainly thinking of you with great love and hope. We have a friend that has just had her first letter in a year from her son who is in a Japanese prison. This is bad enough but certainly not final so we shall pray and hope for news for you of that fine boy of yours. Our dearest love to you and Ruthie. Devotedly yours, Geat and Wag March the thirteenth
