Friday. Dear Amon- It is hard for me to thank you enough for the very lovely flowers. It was so nice of you to think of sending them when you have so many things on your mind right now. I can tell you I have thought of writing but that sweet young Amon- and we haver ernestly prayed that encouraging news will come as soon as possible. You know so often the thing we worry about the most never happens. If there is the slightest little thing I can do to help you through this trial and difficult time please let me do it. Thank you again for your thoughtfulness- Devotedly, Ruth
