dc.description.transcription5-27-43Dear Folks,This is just a line to let you know I am still feeling fine and to let you know my new address. There has only been a slight change and you can see it on my return envelope. I get on special detail every morning to get out of going to P.T. on account of my mumps. I have just finished doing what I had to do and now am writing this before I have to go to drill. This is the fastest I ever wrote in my life, hope you can read it and as Mama says, make sense out of it. Honest to goodness, I’ll write a real letter as soon as I have time.Love,Joe
