I am sure you have the ability to fill the position as chairman and now I am equally certain that you have the backbone to fight for your rights as well as defend and maintain the dignity of the position you hold. I and at least 95% of the traveling Salesmen of Texans are with yours, Sincerely yours Jas (?) A. Ballard
