Feb. 21, 1945, Little Rock Ark. Mr. Amon G. Carter, 70 Star Telegram Ft. Worth, TX Dear Mr. Carter, I have just received a letter from my mother, Mrs. CL Donaho of Stephenville, telling me of the news in regard to my brother Capt. Horace E. that you wrote her. I wanted you to know just how much we appreciate you passing along the information on to us. As busy world we are living in, I think it is very, very, kind of you. We lost our father since my brother was taken prisoner and mother lives from day to day hoping all our boys will soon be home. We thank you again. Sincerely yours, Mrs. EJ Miller
