March 16, 1945, Dear Amon - I am on the commision were located in Debreger at the present and are getting many of the officers that ave been Prisoners of War. Three here. Please let me know where Amon Jr. is, has been, as he might show up on the side of theline and it might be possible for me to help him get aback quicker. This is interesting work but the country is in one fill of a shape after two Amrmies have overrun it there are thousands of people dying from starvation. Also many thousand dead on the streets of Budapest that have never been burried. Hope you are well and have every well under control in Texas. Sincerely yours, Hagy
