dc.description.transcription1/26/44 Dear Mrs. Deakins I've been home since January 15th for a week or two (vacation) and thought, perhaps, ou'd written to me at Frankfort? Have any of you had word from Amon Jr. lately? Believe I told you that I rec'd a card Dec 20th in which he stated that 15 of my letters had reached him- met a preicous girl (who is visting here) from Texas today, She knew Amon Jr. lives at some small town near Ft. Worth. An anxious to hear form ou will send any word that I have on to you . Sincerely, M. Harding
