dc.description.transcriptionDear Mr. Carter: Just received your letter about Lt. Amon Gj. Carter Jr. beeing a prisoner of war. Yes, I trceiived a letter dated Oct. 10 also Dec 10, 12 and it seems that I get most of his last letters first I got one of Dec 1 before some dated later in Oct. and Nov . I'm sending a clipping from our paper about his letters and thought you would like to have maybe it will give you some information of interest. Phillip Broadcast over short wave from Berlin when he was frist taken a Prisoner. I got care and telegram telling me about his Broadcast will give you more information about it if you like just let me know. THanks for your kindness. Mrs. PD McIntyre
