Dear Mrs. Deakins Thank you so very much for your telegram yesterday. How wonderful that at last Amon Jr. has been liberated and how good it will be for you all to be together again. I do hope and pray that Mr. Carter will make contact with Amon in Germany. But of course he will. Give Ruth my love and tell her I think she is a smart sweet girl. I know you are both very happy and please know that I join with you in being very thankful. With my regards and all good wishes Sincerely Vivian S. Fiske Thursday.
