Scrapbook: The Mixed Chorus, consisting of the men's and women's Glee Clubs went on a tour of 14 different Texas cities in 1941. Some of the students in the group put this scrapbook together, detailing the highlights of the tour in photographs, for one of their music professors, Mrs. J.A. Dacus. Memorabilia from Mrs. Dacus's mother-in-law's 90th birthday celebration is also included in this scrapbook. She is also the mother of Melvin O. Dacus, a 1944 TCU graduate and "the father of musical theatre in Fort Worth" (http://www.magarchive.tcu.edu/articles/1999-04-AN.asp?issueid=199904).
