Mineral Wells, Tex. Jan. 26, 1931 Mr. Amon G. Carter Ft. Worth, Tex. Dear Mr. Carter, We are in receipt of your letter to Mayor Brown regarding the appearance of Mr. Will Rogers in Mineral Wells, Jan. 31, _____. I assure you that we are doing everything we can to have a packed auditorium. Do you know what time he willl arrive in Mineral Wells? We were wondering if he would come before the luncheon hour. If we could ascertain this, it would enable to place necessary reception and other details of the day, perhaps a luncheon. Will appreciate any information you can give us. Sincerly, (Miss) Tippora English, Pres. of City Federation of Womens Club (Gen. Chairman for the Will Rogers Comm.)
