Jan. 19-45 Mr. Amon G. Carter Ft. Worth Texas. Dear Mr. Carter, I received the set of pictures takened in Oflag 64., January 19, 1944 and you'll never know just how much I appreciate them. Out of the seven pictures my husband is in four of them. He is the last person in the first row of the group picture of all of the officers on the steps. It would be kind of hard to tell where he is in the other pictures. The last letter I had from Lt. was dated Dec. 4th and he seemed to be all right. The news looks like it won't be long until the Russian's will be getting close enough to liberate them. I sure hope so - If I receive any information from my husband I'll sure let you know. Thanks again for the pictures. Yours very truly, Mrs. C. A. Williamson
