Dublin, Texas 10-20-44 Mr. Amon. G. Carter, Dear, Sir I rec'd the pictures, I thank you so much for them your Boy looks so healthy & fine, Doyle looks a little thin, but I was so glad to see them with such good warm clothing. Mr Carter do you have the Boys address from Oflag that sent you the pictures? I would like to write Him. Our postman told me yesterday that that his neighbor had a boy in prison & that he had been notified not to write His Boy away more than the mail wouldn't go through, I hope this is not true with our Boys, Doyle wrote & said they had rather have a letter any time as a parcel. I hate to think of them having to spend another winter in prison but from the way things look now they are likely to. Thanks again for the pictures, Yours Truely, Mrs. A. A. Yardley.
