dc.description.transcriptionFeb-4-1945 Mr Amon G. Carter Kind Sir was more than glad to get the letter which your secy. K. Deakins wrote us in regard to our son which is a German Prisoner. We have had several letters also cards from him the last one dated by him was on Dec. 13 - said some of the boys was beginning to recieve mail from home. so he was looking forward for our mail I just wonder if you have had any word since then or any news of any kind if so please let me know yours very truly Mrs Lela Ziegler Lt.
