Dear Mr. Carter It is with regret that Mr. Neal and I will be unable to attend the unveiling of the Will Rogers Equestrian Monument and the lunceon at Shady Oak Farm on November 4th. Ever since the building of the memorial in Claremore we have always remembered Uncle Bill's birthday by going up there. I know that your celebration in Fort Worth will be wonderful and we would so like to be there. Thanks for the invitation. Yours truly, Mrs. James T. Neal 220 E. 28th Tulsa
