Dear Mrs. Deakins: - Thank you so much for the information you sent to us. It is exactly what we wanted. One thing more. We expect Mr. Carter and his entourage and also Mr. and Mrs. Biggs to land at the Claremore Airport about 9:45 or 10:00. We have a little ceremony out there as a surprise for them We also want them to ride in the parade at 10:45. If there should be any change in time or plans will you please let me know? We do want everything to off well and also please Mr. Carter. Thank you so much for your time and kindness. Best regards - Paula Love Telephone 719 Nov. 1 - 1950
