We expect Mr. Carter and his entourage and also Mr. and Mrs. Biggs to land at the Claremore Airport about 9:45 or 10:00. We have a little ceremony out there as a surprise for them We also want them to ride in the parade at 10:45. If there should be any change in time or plans will you please let me know?
