dc.description.transcription25 April 54 Dear Amon, I have been under the impression that Mrs. Ryan wrote you thanking you for the steaks and only today discovered my error. As usual they were delicious and we enjoyed them immensely. Our sincere thanks to you and Sid Richardson On your recent trip to Washington, on learning that you were of the Admiral's Club at the National Airport, I tried to get on the phone, but you had left, I was told, for the dining room. I was sorry to miss you. I hope you are sticking by the Doctor's rules and are not indulging too much in the strenuous life! Mrs. Ryan wants to be remembered to Mrs. Carter and yourself Sincerely Oswald
