In the early days organized the Willys Air Freight Co and and made application to CAB for a permit New York to Miami and was forwarded down Willis ended up being bitter against C.A.B. and especially Ryan for example Willis has been trying to prevail on (?) to vote with the 2 Democrats Josh Lee and Adams against (?) with (?) and Ryan. In other words if Willis and his supporters can get one of the Republican members of the Board the Democrats will take over and run things to sail themselves.
