| dc.description.transcription | Oct 29/10 For and in consideration of the sum of fifteen Dollars ($15.00) to me in hand paid, I hereby waive all rights and claims against the Fort Worth Star Telegram on account of being injured by a wagon belonging to them colliding with me on Friday Oct 28 - 1910 - and, I hereby agree to release the said Fort Worth Star Telegram from any and all liability whatsoever account, of any injuries resulting from said accident.
