Louis. J. Wortham or A. G. Carter Sunday - Dear Louis The more I think of Carter's suggestion to increase the capital stock & buy the building the more I am impressed with it. But the first thing to do is to get a reasonable time to decide it. We ought to have (?) Apr 1st but if can't do any better I think we can decide it this coming week. I belive the stock can be sold & then it will be an easy matter to meet the balance due to Rawlins. I will be back Tuesday morning & will be ready to go to work it at once. Yrs Paul
