Broken Bow, Okla Nov. 13th, 1945. Dear Smith We got your letter yesterday and also one from Virginia, the day before. So will write and both of you can read it. We are as well as usual I think Grandpa is better but he is counting to days so many for you to get ready and so many to stay with Lois and so many in Dallas, and you ought to be here by the 20th or 21st anyhow? I don't worry about you now as I know you 2 are back in the U.S.A. Lucia was here today and just went home awhile ago. I had a letter from Florence yesterday. She said Aunt Lucy had talked so much about this and that, that she didn't know what to think. She ought to know Lucy by this time. I never let her worry me. The sun is shining today for a wonder. I don't think your picture looks much like you but was glad to get it. I would so like to see all of you and send a picture when 3 you can Virginia. Is Doris leaving her girl at home? Smith said she might come with him and bring Tommie. Will be glad to see them. I can't think of a thing to write as B.B. has changed a lot since you left and Virginia doesn't remember it or I don't think she would. It is almost 4 p.m. and Grandpa wants to mail this right away, so will close Hury and come home. Love Grandpa and Ma. W.M. Green, Box 426 Broken Bow, Okla. Ansd Smith L.
