Occupy Moudy is the culmination of my studies encompassing painting, installation and performance art over the past two years. The work evolved from painting on stretched canvas to un-stretched paintings on paper, installation, and performance. Inspired by the Occupy Wall Street movement, the works are also informed by art historical movements and styles such as deconstruction, color field abstraction, relational aesthetics and artist activism.en_US
