dc.description.transcription | Carter , With reference to sale of building: I have opportunity to sell at $55,000 (less commission) I won't accept it, I agreed to take 55000 net. I offer you same proposition - $15,000 cash. Balance 7 % 1-2-3-years. You will pay us $69,000 in two years. You can't expect a bldg of this kind to rent to you (or any bldg centrally located 50x100 - 3 floors) to rent for $275 - or $325 net a month. It will cost you considerable more after two years & at least $3500 to $5000 to move. Think it over. I am going to try & sell it for I need a building of my own. I won't sell it to you thru any agent & will not let any agent approach you. Yrs C. (?) R. The lot here, as values go now is worth $35,000. The bldg cost $28,000. | |
