dc.description	Handwritten note from Van Long to Oscar Monnig thanking him for his offer, and stating that he would prefer to give Frederick Leonard the right to refusal at that price-but that he is not currently inclined to sell at such a low valuation. He states that when he does decide to sell he will let Monnig know where the stone goes, and that he is ever hopeful for the two of them to be able to find a meeting point for making a trade.
