Letter from Oscar Monnig to Frederick C. Leonard confirming that he had just shipped the largest piece of the Amber stone to him via The Railway Express Agency. He outlines that he feels that the fairest pricing for about two-thirds of the mass he bought is two-thirds of what he paid plus the shipping cost. He states that he is hopeful that this is agreeable to Leonard and his budget, and that if there are any issues to let him know and he would be happy to work them out when he returns from a business trip he is about to depart on.
