Letter from Frederick C. Leonard, to Oscar Monnig reiterating his and the University of California's interest in acquiring the largest piece of the Amber stone in the very near future. He states that he has enclosed a prepaid envelope for Monnig's reply. He also expresses a concern for the fact that H.H. Nininger is looking to sell the rest of his collection (which he had sold 21% of to the British Museum a few years prior) and wonders if Monnig knows of any one who could and would be interested in buying it to keep it in the United States preferably in the Southwest.
